- They have regular eating schedules. The early exercise triggers a healthy appetite for breakfast giving the body a good nutritional start.
- Exercising in the morning interferes less with other activities, such as work, kids, or family events.
- If you exercise late at night you’ll often find you are tired or distracted from the events of the day, the morning is a calmer less stressful time period.
